It's an obscure jazz song called "El Tigre" composed by Carl Strommen. I've tried iTunes and Limewire but it's not there. I'd like a site or program where I can download it (either free or a dollar or less). I've also tried Alfred Music, but it says that the song is temporarily unavailable.
