Is it possible for one person from the household to set up a
Forwarding Service with post office, without other members knowing?
I mean, if a husband want his wife not to receive some important papers, can he go to the post office and redirect all the mail to some other address, and she won't even know?

Possible, yes. Ethical, No. Any member of the family can fill out a 3575 but think twice about intentionally deceiving your spouse.

Yes, it is possible. But...If you are the wife don't you think that it would seem strange that you never get any mail delivered to your house? If you saw the letter carrier going by your house everyday you would never catch on? I don't think so.
You can also contact your local post office to see if anyone has put in a forwarding order for your mail.
And if you are the husband attempting this you're a low-life.

I think so. Check with your postmaster in your area.
