but I say that as a heterosexual. One that does not have desires for homosexual activities or non sexual activities[we forget about asexuals].
As for men and women understanding each other, that has to deal with the ability to tell the truth to yourself and others.
Men nor Women tend to tell themselves and demand from themselves or others what they really want. And then they end up divorced. It is misguided relationships that are always bad relationships.

I guess if people didn't want children. I know I like men and am not attracted to women sexually at all. You would have an extremely hard time selling this idea to most of the human race.

boring....the world would be more boring not better...
just because you are the same gender as someone does not mean you will know what they want either....not all ppl of the dsame gender think alike/ have the same desires, etc...
gay relationships are just as much work as heterosexual relationships...
