This is not a question of who should have or shouldn't have done what in the past. I watched the entire protest in DC on C-span yesterday, and not one speaker even attempted to answer this question. They just said we need to get out and dismantle the war machine and shouted slogans in unison. Listening to the speakers, you would think they believe that Iraq will live in peace if only we leave. But I wouldn't want to assume that is their position without hearing more.

Without name-calling or slogans from either side, I would like to know the rest of the plan, after the "Leave Iraq Now" part has been completed.

The Americans, the Europeans, and even the Israelis really don't know what it is all about, do they? During the last generation, hundreds of thousands of children have been taught all over the Muslim world in madrass schools to become martyrs for Allah in order to kill the infidels.

These youngsters not only are ready to do it, but are actually in the process of doing it. Bombs are going off all over the world killing and maiming thousands of people, not only on 9/11 in the U.S., in London, Madrid and Bali, but in Africa, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and many other places. The first signs of the Islamic tsunami are already here, but the West doesn't understand, or doesn't want to understand what is coming.

The Americans, instead of realizing that this is as bad as World War Two, or even worse, are going to pull out of Iraq, handing it over to Iran on a silver platter. Next may come the Saudis and the rest of the Gulf states.

When dirty bombs go off all over Western towns, who is going to stop the Iranians?

What happens is the us govt goes back behind closed doors n figure another way to deceive the ppl, since that plan didnt work time for plan b, however the u s of a would be acceptable to attacks that may not be planned by their own govt. I find it funny that while Saddam was in power there never existed a struggle between the sunnis or shiites it wasnt until the u s came in that the problem escalated.

Do you know what happened in Korea? N korea tried to invade S korea, the Korean war. The U.S. military is still there. Because if we pull out, N korea will invade S korea, again. If we pull out of Iraq, Iran would be a likely possibility. And if we do pull out, what was the point of 5 years of war and over 3,000 american soldiers lives?

We get out now, then the religious sects of Iraq fight each other like terrorist as radical Islam is on the rise. Lets at least get out of the way until maybe we have a real target, not just citizen guerrilla warfare with car bombs. We did our job with getting Saddam out of office, now lets see how the Iraqis develop their democratic system of government. We do not need to be involved in their religion wars.

The anti-war protestors could care less about our troops. Hearing that they "support the soldiers, but not the war" is like hearing Clinton say he "smoked weed, but never inhaled". It makes no sense to me. The reality is that most liberals have never fought for anything more than the right to continue being imorral and irresponsible. They won't fight for anything that involves progressing past their own wants and needs.

Why do you think that our public education system is suffering? It is because the liberals finally suceeded in removing any form of boundaries from the system, because those boundries infringed on the rights of children to express themselves. Now we have a completely ineffective education system, full of spoiled brats "expressing themselves". The kid that wants an education can't get one in the presence of complete disobedience to any form of structure.

Liberals don't fight for our soldiers, but our soldiers fight for America - regardless. Only when this country fights a battle on its own shores (saving the one against counterculture) - will the liberals begin to understand that you CAN NOT negotiate with a terrorist. There is no middle ground.

For fear, liberals will adapt to the Muslim belief system and be ultimately silenced by the fruit of their ignorance and for fear, liberals will not/can not fight for American until whining is a tool suitable for the battlefield.

We true Americans believe in real freedom - self-reliance. There are millions of people supporting our soldiers. Do not expect support from a people unwilling and unable to supprt themselves.

America has a choice..
Fight the Islamofaschist wars "over there" or "over here"..
The madras indoctrinated religious fanatic Islamofaschist terrorists are determined to kill or convert all Christians and
destroy Western Civilization...
Once the homocide bombs ( and a few suitcase nukes ) start
going off in US cities, the Liberals & Dems will wake up to
reality..

If it happens, I would avoid any sort of air travel next September 11th. You might just wind up being a flying bomb.
