As it's new I would not suspect a Virus or Spy ware, so don't mess with it. It should not happen, take it back to the retailer and get it sorted. As for the Word question most computers are shipped with a cheap version of Microsoft Works which has a word processor with it but it's not brilliant. If it was sold as having Word loaded then when you return it ask for it to be installed. If however it was not then you can get Open Office ( an alternative office suite) free, from the following link. www.openoffice.org It is fully compatible with Microsoft Office and is an excellent programme. Hope this helps.

looks like a virus or spyware. more likely spyware. you can download a free spyware remover and run your antivirus to check for viruses. but if it was mine and i just got it yesterday i would take it back. i bought a new computer before that had a virus. it was prol returned before and put back on the shelve.

LXCFtime.dll is a module installed with the spooling drivers for Lexmark printers. This is required for your printer to work properly and should not be disabled.
