Riku never lost his heart before. Even though he did turn into Ansem. I guess you could call that a different Riku.

becuase Riku never lost his heart...therefore he has no nobody,
and its spelled Axel
and the next KH isnt coming out for another three years.

Riku does not have a Nobody cause he has never lost his heart.
Axcel has to be someone else's nobody that we have never met before.
