Because men have always been "hunters and conqurers". The love of the game. Also if she's with someone else, then there must be something that the other person wants. Therefor she is a trophy to be had!

The answer is that men don't try to steal women from other guys. In general, they will "flirt" or "come on" to any woman, as she is fair game, so to speak. He will get it where he can. But, mention of a boyfriend or husband is usually enough to send most men fleeing. (If he knows the husband, he's being a dick, and the husband needs to know what kind of friends he has.)
In general, however, they don't have the balls to approach women until they are well lubricated with alcohol, at which point they may summon the courage to make a move. He may or may not perceive a gesture of interest on her part.
In general, the fear of rejection is so strong that most men won't risk a proposition unless he's pretty sure that he's got a better-than 50-50 chance of success. He's not likely to persist unless there is a clear indication that the attention will be reciprocated.
If she makes it clear that she is not interested but the guy persists "trying to steal" her, this is simply harrassment, and not innocent flirting, and I would advise her to tell her husband as well as the police.

Maybe they can't find the same kind of woman who will be loyal and loving as the ones that they know that's why they try to steal them away.. they don't even care if they're already committed.. or simply because of the thrill that they wanted to be fulfilled..

In the Bible, their is a situation where a King saw a young wife sponge-bathing, and lusted for her. But, she was married, and this King still wanted her, so when He found out that her Husband was a officer in His army, He had him put up in front to be killed. There are some men who feel that the he himself can offer her more protection and support than her current husband or boyfriend. Or it could be that he loves her beyond reason that he can't live without her.

Well I don't think you could ever steal anybody.It's the man's and the woman's.His for wanting her to himself, and hers for giving in.But to answer your question,I think is because people always want what they don't or can't have.They probably see her as a good housewife, a good mother, and a good lover.He probably wants that as well.Not many single women have the quality of being caring and considerate women.

i know some people are like that . but once they get the 'thing" that they wanted .. suddenly they lost interest??
