My name is Donna, and I am referring to myself.

So if I said, "Donna is a really nice person", and I was talking about myself, what point of view would that be. Like third person, first person?

Whenever you refer to a person using a given name it is third person. "I" is first person, "you" is second, and "he/she/it" or proper name is third.

That would be in the third person. The first person is where you would say 'I am a nice person'. The third person is where you speak it as if it was someone else talking about you.

When you start a sentence with a given name, it's the 3rd person. It doesn't matter if you're talking about yourself.
If you use 'I', it's the 1st person and 'you' means that you're using the 2nd person.

3rd person because you are talking about yourself but are using your own name instead of "I" or "me"
