How I do enjoy watching the 1974 film, "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory!"
It's just the way they framed that particular shot, it's intentional. Before the German reporter asks Augustus Gloop how he came to be the FIRST one to find a Golden Ticket, the director added a little levity by having the reporter open in a German Essenhaus, which has a pair of mounted antlers in the background. By centering said reporter in front of it, much hilarity is assured by making them LOOK like they're sprouting from his head!
