Now I love this question! I work at the Natural History Museum in South Kensington, London & I get to see the Dinosaurs whenever I like. I have a number of favourites, although, my number one favourite, has to be the giant Spinosaurus aegyptiacus. I'm very fascinated by crocodilians & Spinosaurids. In fact, I have a genuine fossil of a Spinosaurus tooth & a replica of the giant thumb claw of a Baryonyx. If it did come to a favourite herbivorous dinosaur, though, it would have to be the Triceratops. One of the last big hard nuts of the Mesozoic era. I've been into Dinosaurs all my life, & I have ambitions to one day qualify as a world-renowned Vertebrate Palaeontologist. However, even at the age of 24 years, I still can't figure out what it is that fascinates me about them! They're unlike anything that's ever lived before or since.

My favourites are Tyrannosaurus rex because despite having some very good complete skeletons we still don't know much about them and Iguanodon atherfieldensis as I found a tail bone from this creature on the Isle Of Wight

Why just for British people? Well, I don't have a 'favorite' dinosaur, but my FAVOURITE one was always the triceratops, for no particular reason except it looked tough and I liked the head.

No particula reason, but I like Stegosaurus the best. Dunno why but I think he looks like a sort of nice guy. I like his paltes in the dorsal region. I don't go for predators much. My 7 yr old son loves dinosaurs & happily identifies them for me. His favourite is a pleisiosaur because he swims in the sea & has a long neck (direct quote!)
