I have an 11 month old and was wondering if I could steam frozen vegetables for him to eat?

yes you can steam frozon vegetables, it fact steaming is better for you and the baby any way

yes, I steam frozen vegetables. I take them straight from the freezer and put them in the steamer and put them on for 25 minutes - perfect!!!

Yes they steam very well,add a few minutes extra on though so they are softer,You could also liquidise them.

you can put the food jar in hot water to warm it up but not steam

yup, steaming holds the nutrients better than boiling them.
