Well, typical measurements for a size 14 are 40-32-42.
But usually pants sit slightly below the natural waistline, so size 14 would probably be a 34 waist.

If you are talking about converting to the european style of sizing, like when it says 33, then I would say you are a 33". I am a 12 or 14 depending on the store and wear a 33 at j crew. best way is to measure your waist at the smallest area of your waist, normally when you bend to the side it is where you body naturally bends. about 1/2" - 2" in above your belly button.
