Does anyone know of a program or website that allows you to construct a Lineweaver-Burke plot, where you just feed in the values???

If you have a spreadsheet like application, such as Excel, you can put in your two columns, define formulas for their reciprocals as the next two columns, and select those reciprocal columns for Insert...Chart. For example, select a scatter plot with curved lines connecting the points. With Excel you can also have it best fit a straight line through the points.
