I don't know if you should tell him when you ask him out. But if you go out it's not going to hurt anything to tell him - every guy I know including myself thinks it's hot. A little picture forms in our mind of threesome possibilities everytime a chic says this and I'm sure he's no different.

Eventually you should tell your date. Maybe not on the first date.
As for threesomes--just because one is Bi doesn't mean they want a threesome with either mix of sexes. Sometimes they DON'T want to share.
