Is only the text fuzzy? Otherwise could be the monitor.

In answer to your email:
The way you describe it, it could actually be a problem with the video card.
Have you tried to use any program other than Word for this problem? Like Notepad?
If it shows up in that too, then it is a problem with the computer, if it doesn't, then your problem is with your Word program.
