Neither one will be stellar on ERA and WHIP but Jenks will most likely be the closer all year, there is no legitimate alternative on their roster. Wickman is just a powder keg waiting to go off, he walks batters, allows hits - almost never closes out a game with a 1-2-3 inning. He is maybe 2 or 3 of those away from losing the job to Soriano or Gonzalez. Both of which are good speculation pick ups if you can afford the bench spot and both will provide good ERA, WHIP and K/9 stats until they secure the closer job.

Bobby Jenks. The White Sox will win more games this season. Giving Jenks more opportunities to get saves.

They are both very good but I'd chose Jenks.Wickman is more likely to get injured and always makes the saves very interesting. Both players should get the same amount of save oppertunites but I think Jenks will be better.

Jenks, no question. But if you have a league where you can start two relievers, I'd start both of them provided you don't have a third guy at the position that's excellent. If you can't start two relievers, or you have two guys that are better than Wickman, I'd trade him. Most people are desperate for a closer.
