LOL Nothing. It's a hit and miss and different for a lot of people. Something light, something heavy, something sweet, something salty, something bland... Try things like saltine crackers or graham crackers, apples and cheddar cheese, oatmeal or cream of wheat (i eat cream of wheat first thing in the morning and 40 minutes later I'm ready for a banana), which brings me to another suggestion- bananas! Also fruit salad- apples, bananas, strawberries and grapes with a little Cool Whip. Macaroni salad- macaroni noodles, cheddar cheese chunks, olive slices, pickle chunks and sometimes boiled eggs if they agree with you, then add mustard and mayonnaise for moisture. Avocados work great, 1/2 at a time. Depends on what you like. I found that foods from my childhood were most easy to get down and stay down. Good luck and remember to drink your juice and water! This helps too. If you do it between meals it will keep you hydrated so you tummy doesn't get upset and helps the food digest, but it's recommended not to eat AND drink becuase your body can only handle small bits of food at a time. That's why they say eat a lot of meals through out the day. Small snacks or mini meals every 1-3 hrs. I have to eat a teeny bit every 40 minutes, but I'm slowly working out of morning sickness.

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. More instant remedies at the link below.

Oh girl I had morning sickness for 6 months and was sick 9 times a day. I would get up at night to throw up. Sad.
But I tried Lemon drops I tried everything and nothing helped me. I had to go on steroids by the Dr. If you are having it really bad you need to talk to your dr.

Everyone keeps trying to force crakers down my throat also. I really don't mind them, I just don't like something so dry. I found that a toasted bagel and a liitle jam really helps me. I also drink milk when I eat this. My pre-natal pill makes me kind of sick when I haven't eaten yet. So if you are taking them you should take them later on in the day when you have had time to eat something.

I found really dry toast with maybe a thin smear of peanut butter, unsalted crackers, little sips or water or really weak tea. If you cant keep anything at all down talk to your doctor and see if you can get diclectin.

I have always heard people talking about eating saltine crackers to ease morning sickness. You may also try a sprite, or 7-up (both cafeeine free!!). Good luck!

It's different for everyone. Eventually, you'll find something that works for you. For me, it was some soft bread and a few sips of Pepsi. Ginger tea worked well, too, sipped very slowly.

Try some candied ginger. Personally, I dont like ginger but it worked. Ginger cookies or peppermint herbal tea works too.
