Excessive noise, whether it's a loud stereo, people talking, loud cars on the street. The distraction causes a terrible anxiety in me, and keeps me from getting things done, which in itself becomes a distraction because I don't get things done on time.

To much background noise, also world events can make it hard for me to concentrate sometimes. It is really hard for me get all the violence, global warming, hunger....out of my mind. A few beers (hick-up) will also do the trick.

When I randomly think of old insults and then suddenly think about what I could have said back. Gimme 3 years and a quiet room - I'll dream up a come back!
And when I start daydreaming about winning a lottery - what I'm going to buy; who will I share with; where I will live.........

my mind is always going in a million different directions and of course KIDS!!!
grrr yahoo makes me mad though when they lose questions!ahh that makes it hard to concentrate on asking more!

Everything seeing as how I have ADHD and I am no longer being medicated for it. But especially two people trying talking to me at once about different things... that is the worst.
