What kinda person dates her best friend's ex? There's an unwritten code of law among us women (called Woman Law) which states that your friend's ex is off-limits. Your friend has crossed the line and broken that code. That's just wrong. And it's even more wrong that they're all hugging and crap in front of you. You should get rid of that so-called friend, especially if she knew that you still had feelings for this guy. With friends like her, who needs enemies?

Get over him. You let him go and your friend is after him, you made a mistake. but there are more men out there. Do not complicate things furthur.
and about the above answer, there shouldn't be. if you like someone then why should you give that up because of something is the past that is over with. It is not like the man is gonna remain single for the rest of his life, he is gonna get with someone eventually either way. You gotta move on. The dumb azz womens rule are just some way to find an excuse not to move on completely.
and also, if you didn't wanna dance wih him then there was something missing in that relationship...

its not very fair of you to just dump him in the first place without explaining your reasons. i dont know if there is anything that you can do except try to talk to either one of them and explain how you feel. first you should try to find out just how serious they feel about each other because if you cause problems for them then they could start to see you as selfish and they may turn on you.
i hope you work things out but maybe you should let their relationship run its course before you try to get back with your ex

ok here's the thing...
it's not wrong to like your ex but if he's going out with somebody else (your gal pal) then leave well enough alone go find your next BF!
IF your uncvomfortable being around your girlfriend & him try to get your gal pal to be around you when he is busy.
Now on the other hand IF she stole your man it would be understandable to go find other friends to hang with instead of them...
As a guy who has had broken hearts before sometimes its good to get over the bad relationship by being alone for awhile...

Get over it! Your best friend did nothing wrong. You dumped him and he and your friend have every right to be dating. You need to find someone else and quit being so shy.

Don't worry about it, you are too shy to do anything.
The first thing you did was spell rong wrong.
I don't understand why shyness would make you drop guys.
