I doubt it. over 75% of those admitted to Harvard have SAT scores over 2200.

Is it your verbal score that is holding you down? Since I have no idea what "45 in IBO diploma" means -- I assume you are not from the US and not a native English speaker. If it is just your verbal score holding you back, I suggest taking an intensive course in English and retaking it. But if you are 600s all around, then retaking the exam probably won't help much.

You can probably get into some good school. Think about retaking the SATs.

in 2007 , columbia reject more beneficial than 20000 thousand pupil who're finished sat score on math . and columbia reject more beneficial than 17000 thousand pupil who're finished aspect on verbal . i imagine your chance are 0 % . decrease classification lvy like cornell , you want to get a minimum of 2000 aspect on sat . and evaluate columbia are lot harder than cornell .
