I mean that do women these days need help to be given the authority and the use of power via keeping some leading role and jobs for them ... or do you think that women are already have the authority and they don't need help for that

It sounds like you're talking about affirmative action. (Keeping some jobs for only women applicants or creating lower standards for women to get hired then men). If that's what you mean, no. Under no circumstance should women be treated as though they cannot succeed on their own merit, or given a free pass. As soon as you do that, you're adding credence to the idea that women are the "lesser gender" that can't make it on their own. That would be a step backward in the quest for equality.

If you mean empowered further, it would depend on the community. If you're talking about some backwoods place where ancient ideals apply, the answer would probably be yes, but if you're talking about a suburban/urban environment, the answer is probably no. The "empowerment" movement (Read: Feminist movement) is a tired and obsolete beast that has already done and is starting to do more damage to society.
