May I use the Flash MAP API Features for a search function on a commertial website if its free?

This is a retail listings website, open to everyone. The commertial aspect is only in listing a property. The search would be to the benifit of searchers, for which the service is free.

If it is copyrighted, not without their permission...legally.

I have done a few websites for Real Estate offices, and the local MLS service is very cooperative on providing whatever hooks you need to be able to run specific searches. You can format and present them any way you want. All flash based is going to be a big job.

I would like to see your site when you are done if you are able to to it all in flash.

What about using an [...uhm...clearing throat...] inline frame?
