I wanna ask anyone who can help..
I'm at the time when the Sector 7 pillar is being blown up..everything goes normally.But when the guy leaves with the helicopter i'm soppoused to climb down of the pillar..but instead i get a blank-screen with sound..I really need your help cuz' i wanna finish this game!!!

it could be a problem with the disks being scratched or it could be a glitch in the game's programming but if it's neither of those to get out of the sector there's a rope or wire you can grab onto at the top of the pillar and you swing out of the sector.

You got along way to go to finish it i might add lol.
Well i have it for ps so I cant really help there but make sure you game is free of scratches. You might want to try sumthing like sracth doctor, things like that are actually really good at getting minor scratches out. Also you can take a soft cloth and clean the disc urself but when you do becareful. Start from the middle of the disc and work ur way out, DONT clean it in a circular motion, you'll ge tmore scratches.
It should be a pc prob because ff7 is an older game and should run no problem on you computer. is this the only spot it stops? Do you do the same thing everytime before it freezes?
