overtime will it get to be drier?

It depends on what lotions you use.There are special lotions which moisturize your complexion and there are lotions which make your skin dry.It depends also on what kind of skin you have.If you have an oily skin, use only products which make it dry.If you have a dry skin,I recommend you products which moisturize it.Good luck!

I had a rash & dry skin. Dermatologist recommended lotion & a humidifier since it is cold out. You might just have dry skin or where you work could cause it. I work around computers all day so it is dry air there.
I don't see how it could get worse. See a dermatologist if you are worried.

No I don't think so since the point of lotion is to moisturize your skin not dry it out. Just don't use ones with perfume or dyes in it. That will dry out your skin.
