Sure, My bestfriend is a lesbian and I walk around in my boxers all the time just like she walks around in her tank top and pajamas all the time. I think it's fine.

First of all, i would like to say that i'm not a lesbian. However, I do have male roommates and i would find it pretty gross if they walked around in their boxers. It would make me feel uncomfortable. You should ask them how they feel.
