i want to copy a picture from a movie im watching on realplayer..how??

when i press the print screen button and past...it just past a black box....is there another way to copy it??
i need it for a project im doing

Easiest way would be to take a screen capture.

When you are at the point of the movie you want to capture hit Ctrl & Prt Scrn at the same time, then open up Photoshop or MS Paint and paste the capture, then cut out the border that you don't want.

i'm not great with computers so i usually take a picture with my mobile or digital camera then upload to my pc
