Trust me, I know what you mean. Personally, I've been using Proactive Solutions for over a month now, and my skin is looking better than ever. The whole thing's just a three step process, takes less than 5 minutes all together. I really suggest Proactive solutions, but if you dont feel like you want to spend the money (its not too expensive though) you can always take care of your skin in different ways. Wash your face two times a day, put sunscreen on if you wanna go out, but I really recommend using some sort of product, even if it's not proactive. Take special care of the areas in which you do have acne. In short, just take care of your skin, and you should be fine.

Good luck! Hope this helps

if u use foundation STOP IMMEDIATLY it blocks ur pores and makes it worse... Use a good cleanser twice a day (morning and night) u can get those at the pharmacy like a biotherm product (clinique is rly good too and its 20$CAN) and use an acne cream like clearasil or u can get a prescriprion (even a nurse can prescribe it) its called Clindoxyl Gel... its a miracle cream i swear, i never had much acne, but my best friend had pratically a pizza face and on the third day u could already see it clearing a bit... it works rly well and doesnt leave scars. And dont forget to use moisturizer, and i know its proven that what u eat has no effect on ur skin, but i kinda noticed that when i eat chocolate and fat food acne pops out, so careful what u eat and drink lots of water...
Hope this helps:)

Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!

you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections. i use bragg vinegar..
good luck
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

to drink it, put it in honey and water, or apple juice--tastes like cider..cost is 5 dollars a qt at the healthfood store

Do not scratch it! It only makes it worse. Use a deep cleanser, and eat less oily foods, like meat. washing your hair works too, because filthy hair iritates your skin, and "dirtys" it.
