Governments like to keep everyone on a shelf, barcoded and ready to be scanned if they need to be apprehended.
Maybe they use this as a way to catch pedo's etc...
I.D Cards will be the worst thing they could do. Imagine having to use your I.D card to get into shops and buildings.
Another way for them to say they create jobs whilst earning a few extra million a year, in lost, stolen and damaged cards.
It's bad enough with passports and DVLA crap. Now theres that stupid CS ? card which you will soon need to work in factory's / warehouses. Don't you just love' em.

Yea, ID is dumb and costly, on your taxes !
A state in our union just closed a MAJOR prison ( Jackson, Michigan) to offset their lack of ability to pay for it !! DOUBLED all taxes on farms, and businesses, and will be doubling them on homes by reassessing what the property is really worth ! Many will be homeless and leaving Michigan soon .

its exactly what they did withe germans ID cards are just nazi papers but 1000 times worse the implications are vast and the people behind it are very sick . for those that say ive got nothing to hide wake up , i personally have nothing to hide either but that is not the POINT!! freedom is not a comodity and giving it away for temporary security only creates tyrrany ,lets hope people wake up . and if yahoo answers is another way of cataloging us then good id rather stand up and say what i gotter say , if we cowar to them they win game over.
