There are scratches throughout my house on the woodwork and wooden doors. Is there a product that I can buy that will help to take care of this?

As long as the scratches aren't real deep... Try Old English brand Scratch cover. It's an oil & Stain mixture that will color the scratches so they aren't so obvious. It won't fill the scratches... just makes them less noticeable. Most hardware stores or supermarkets carry it in the cleaning/dusting products area.

the answers you have gotten so far are just covering up the problem....just how deep are the scratches... where did they come from....how nice is your house and how much money are you willing to throw at this problem...sounds like from your question all you want is to cover it up...then go for it....if you want more check with a really good painter and carpenter. sorry but that all i recommend without more detail.
