It is depends on your cable company what they charge they all very, However the wwe requires a $25 fee for them to rent it to you so $25 of what ever you are charged is returned to the wwe

umm i think around 40 or 80 dollars i really dont know cause me and my dad use to order wrestlemania on ppv and it cost him around $45.00
