I really want my friend to play the game at the same time as me, but I don't know how to put it on 2 player. Please tell me how.

u can activate 2 player mode
and u cant do missions
but u can go around the city :P

I remember playing 2 player on san andreas but that was because I picked up an icon. There are icons scattered around the game that allow you to play 2 player but I don't think you have that option otherwise. If you do a search I'm sure you'll be able to find out where exactly these icons are. I remember one being near Cj's neighbourhood in a dead end.

Where big smoke lives, you go north and there is that demolished building thing by or under that bridge. Search in that and you will find a red icon spinning around. Walk into it and press a button on the second players controller.You have 2 players!

yeah, you can only play 2 player if you find an icon and you have two controlers hooked up to your playstation.
