I can't have Sky because I'm not allowed to have a minidish where I live.

virgin is doing the v+ box which is Hd and allows you to save 2 programs and watch another at the same time ,although unlike sky it hasn't sky movies hd yet added although in the on demand service you can rent hd movies to watch and the bbc hd channel is available check out www.virginmedia.com for more details i am on the Vip package i found it to be very good value as i have another box in my bedroom and high internet speed and free local and national calls any time every time.

you can get an HD box from them, its called a V+ box now, will cost about an extra tenner a month tho.
