Only if If a man loves the women feet too much. He pays more attention to the feet than the women herself.

It depends. It's common for men to be attracted to a womans' feet. The part of the brain that controls sexual arousal is located right next to feet. So they can overlap a bit.
It only becomes a problem when a guy starts to obsess over feet and approach women with the intention of touching their feet.

it's a fetish. to the degree you LOVE a woman's feet is where the problem lies. there are stories of men with this fetish who go around and knock women over walking in a mall or on a street -- take off their shoes/socks and start sucking their toes -- that's strange and criminal. if you just like to caress your wife/gf's feet and give a gental massage now and then -- that's ok.
if you think you may have a real problem -- don't hesitate to talk to a sex counselor, etc. for help on understanding your fetish.

Actually Tony, many men are obsessed with womans feet. this is called a feet fetish. There is no problem and is quite common. Don't worry about it.

No, just make sure he does not love any type of feet...like crusty toes, or feet that's dirty, but if he love pretty cute feet he's normal

it 's called a foot fetish and u'd b surprised not only by how common and normal that is but by how many other really wierd fetishes there r. you can start feeling freeky if you have an obssesion with stuffed animals or something
