Sky have some tempting low price deals, but i am worried about the quality of the service as i have heard bad things about them e.g. slow connection and bad customer service. Can people who already have the service please tell me whether they think it is worth the switch? Thanks a lot.

We didn't go for the whole package, but we had the tv thing. The engineers who come to set it up are on piecework. The guy who came to us had no idea of the construction of our house and WANTED TO DRILL THROUGH THE FLAT ROOF to fit his cabling. My husband nearly told him to forget the whole thing.
So....what aftercare you would get with broadband is anybody's guess. Proceed with EXTREME caution.

All "Free" / Bundled services are fraught with problems - Talk Talk / Orange & Sky are all very very poor - thats the price you pay for "Free" slow connections - diaboloical customer services and capped downloads - UK Broadband aint fortunes
Try Freedom to surf who are good (f2s.com)
