Bass Boat can you say; SPEED, Speed and more speed and to top it all of a great fishing platform.
So you get wet when it rains that's why they make rain suits.
My self I own a '04 Triton TR 19XDC with a '05 Mercury 200 Optimax and can get 74.6 MPH and no that is not on the trailer behind my truck.

I love the Beneteau 523. Because i love sailing, and it is a huge long distance cursing yacht, but it also preforms reasonably well to race. It has all the comforts of your home, including an optional generator, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. You can get a great spit roast barbecue for them as well. It has 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, duel wheels so you can easily drive the yacht from whatever side of the boat that you want to, auto pilot, radar, gps, a great sound system with optional spreader speakers (they are great for party's to have the music pumping from the mast it turners the fore deck into a dance floor. It is the most comfitble yacht that i have ever been on. My second favorite is the beneteau 473 witch is basically the same boat but it is 5 feet shorter.

I live a forty minute walk from beach below 80' embankment
but happily a former rail bed follows gully down to pier decking only 20' above sand on city park property so I've built a two wheel cart from scratch using found junk to haul 15' hull.
'Tho a senior citizen I could pull and/or push bigger boat as
far. Delight at seeing shock in eye of vehicle haulers and the
happy wonder that children express. Of course, I chain my cart to a park tree while ocean boating. No problems in the 8 years I've gone to sea this way except for a randy divorcee.

As said earlier "The Boat I currently own." Owned my Rinker 280 EC for 4 seasons now. I average 90 engine hrs a season. We have been all over the canal system in NYS. Been caught in a severe thunder storm once on Cayuga Lake. She was well behaved in the high changing winds and waves. It may sound lame, after a couple thousand miles and hundreds of memories. Countless photographs, your boat takes on a personality. Went to lake Ontario last Sept, 18 locks on the canal and Oswego river there and 18 back. All a solo trip, it was a rush leaving the port of Oswego's seawall behind me

I have had lots of boats up to now, some have been good &some have been awful. The worst was a 42ft catamaran, it sailed liked a pig!
The best was a 24'6 snapdragon 747 sailing yacht, I lived on this boat for 6 years and it took me from London, through the french canals, all round the med and across the Atlantic and back to the UK.

My favorite boat is the one I now own. My Catalina 38 sailboat. She has been to Mexico, Hawaii and back safely. Before this one my favorite was my Wilderness 30 racer/cruiser sailboat. Fast and fun. Prior to that was my 18' Sol Cat sailing catamaran. A ragged edge of disaster double trapeze rocket. And before that my favorite was my 32' Bristol Bay gill netter commercial fishing boat in Alaska. We always came home safe, no matter what the weather !!

My point being is that for most people, their favorite boat is the one the now own. As for the boat of my dreams ...... I have a new dream every night !!!!!
