WW2 = 10: by far the most violent war in human history.
WW1 = 8: the second most violent in human history.
African civil wars = 7: taken as a whole, they have killed millions and displaced millions more.
Civil War (I assume you are talking about the American Civil War) = 6; although "only" 620,000 Americans died in this war, that represented 2% of the population, the equivalent of six million today.
Bosnian War = 4: certainly bad for the people involved, but not particularly bad compared to the others above. A "mere" 100,000 or so killed and about two million displaced.

All wars = 10 if you are unfortunate to be killed, or have a loved one who is killed. There is no scale to violence, it is all totally unacceptable.
