I have been having killer "Charlie Horse's" in the middle of the night. I know that when you have these muscle spasms it's your body's way of telling you that you need potassium. I also know that potassium is found in bananas, but I dislike bananas with a passion. Is potassium found in any other fruit/vegetable/food besides bananas?

nuts, raisins, sardines, wheat germ, figs, cantelope, apricots, potatoes, and spinach,

a great way to get potassium without eating a banana is to mix raisins in a bowl with mixed nuts and chow down. It's delicious and very high in potassium! Good luck.

Potatoes, not french fries or chips. Bake it and leave the skin on.

Orange juice with pulp is good too.
