Yes I own one and come from generations of Kirby owners thats all we use! Mine is now 22 years old and still goes strong it does everything! Very pricey dont know that its worth that much money! I went to a pawn shop called several first and vacuum cleaner repair shops. I found a used Kirby with all the attachments 75.00 I dont think they had a clue how much they cost! Since then I have bought one for each of my kids as they moved out. So generations will continue on.P S if you ever have to overhaul them it is 200 dollars and they replace everything to brand new little pricey but will probably pull another 20+ years in fact I am sure of it.

I have in the past owned a Kirby w/ ALL the accessories. I did like it, However,It was big and bulky. I used the shampooer a lot, and I did like it as well. It does do a very good job.

I have a G4. Works great! I used the shampooer a couple of times but its been so long I would have to pop the tape in to remember how to use it. I now have pergo floors but I would never give up my kirby...

The best vacuum out there is the Dyson. Check them out.

I have one, and would never give it up. I cost a lot more, than the regular vacs, but saving my carpets has made it pay for it self.
