I have a confusion that should we use tong cleaner every day is its regular use good for tong.

yeah gets rid of bacteria and other nasties a tooth brush does just as well and your mouth feels cleaner afterwards

Many dentists recommend it because most of the bacteria in your mouth live on your tongue and it's these bacteria that casue plaque and eventually tooth decay.

Simply brushing your tongue at the same time you brush you're teeth is cleansing enough.

yea you should clean your tongue everyday...
I am just too lazy to go buy a tongue cleaner so I use my toothbrush =P
