So what i understand is that they dont delete the files but just put them aside as space that can be used if it needs to be used.i was asking cause i am just curious about all of what you hear about files being retrieved from computers,back account details and other personal details.what is the best way to deal with it???

Alright what happens is that the operating systems made by Microsoft Windows have a thing called a Recycle bin. what happens is that the "deleted" file is put in that when you press the delete key. When you empty the recycle bin is does NOT erase the file is just makes the file unreadable to the operating system.
At this point you need to run a program known as a file shredder utility 2 that I use can be found at http://www.cyberscrub.com and http://www.webroot.com respectively what you do after installing the utility you choose.
to try or buy is.
#1 start the program.
#2 Run the hard drive "Free" space washer to permanently erase all file's deleted from the recycle bin.
#3 wait for the program to finish and then fell assured that you computer is more secure.

b/c she is nasty and trashy and makes women human beings everywhere look undesirable together with her trashy nature, she made a mockery of marriage and the union/dedication itself, thoroughly performed the device so she must be on television shows and mags international, just to teach around, report for divorce & finally end up courting or regardless of they wanna call it some rapper until now she is even technically divorced, CHEATER! additionally the undeniable fact that one and all she did became income from all of those wedding ceremony presents whilst she wasn't even back from the honey moon until now submitting for a separation, b/c all she needed became the repute and interest. she isn't something yet an interest wh/ore and he or she would be in a position to do something to get it, there is not any longer something particular approximately her what - so - ever, she's no longer especially, she's not greater healthful, she's have been given a flabby butt that she pads on each and every occasion she is going out, her relatives acts like her sh/it do no longer stink and it is annoying, i'm ill of seeing her pretend face and smile everywhere, she's hit! and all of us has had a journey on that previous used up bicycle. . .it is disgusting rather.

You cannot fully delete a file, it is always there, you just have to look further. To completely remove the file, the hard drive needs to be removed.

use secure deletion to wipe(overwrite) files
Eraser is free - once installed, right click a file and wipe it
