My sister, hubby and bestfriend received a job offer from Becks & Kates Holdings, said they're Freight Forwarding Co of fish from UK.Asking for 200pounds for visa processing,I think it's a fraud as well,is it?

There's no company by the name of Becks & Kates Holdings in the UK. I'd say it's a scam.
Ask for details such as the company's web site and so on. If the job offer is coming from a Yahoo account, don't trust it. Verify any information they give about the company with UK Companies House -- All companies in the UK must be registered with them!

Yes, it sure sounds like a fraud.
Companies can't process Visas
Only Governments do Visas
Did anyone apply for this job, or was it just in the mail one day.?
You can't have a job offer if you didn't apply
And this Job Smells FISHY !
