1: The UN should have supplied more troops.
2: It should have given those troops a clearer mandate.
3: It should have provided way more money to its mission there.
4: The UN should have immediately replaced the Belgian contingent when they slinked off home.
5: The UN should have confronted its own racism in helping white Bosnians at the expense of black Africans.

6 (bonus point): Boutros-Ghali and the UN executive should have realized that Madeleine Albright and Bill Clinton were dangerously and shamefully ignorant about Rwanda. UN leaders should've educated such a vital resource.

1. Coordinate UN Forces-the problem that resulted in Black Hawk Down.

2. Enlist U.S. help--not likely since the Black Hawk Down incident

3. Give more freedom to "peace-keeping" forces, which is a joke in itself.

4. Actually give a s**t about Africa

The UN is just a vehicle for the advancement of world-wide corruption for the few super international elite.

I am positive your professor/teacher will not be impressed with these answers.
