Madden is the only way to go.

its all personal preference
madden if you like pros better
ncaa if u like college
i love both but love ncaa so much more just because of the amount of teams and the ranking systems and all the bowl games. but again it comes down to what in real life do you like better.
my opinion, get both and play seasons at the same speed so u can import ur draft class to madden. that my friend is the complete experience.

Both are great, but Madden is what I'd pick.
