so have no idea why it is not being accepted - also I have already bought What Word - changed by computer but cannot get this game re-registered

Maybe they have lost your details , or they have digits wrong, try ringing them up, or emailing them, and ask personally why. As for changing your computer, may you have changed your IP address therefore, cannot find you to re-register your game. Let the firm know you have changed your computer, and what to do to re-register.
