Buy a weight vest. Do some leg excersizes with it 3 times a week. Run with it on for at least a mile a day 3 times a week. GIve yourself a day of recovery. Then do it all over again same routine. It worked for me when I was about your age.
Also the difference between a GYM floor and asphalt is that the wood is more like a trampaline. It will give you more lift and cushion your landing. Playing on asphalt actually isn't good for your joints. Cause asphalt doesn't have any give.

You're only 14, so you probably don't have the strength in your legs to jump high enough yet. As you get older, you should be able to dunk, so don't worry.
Just stay active. Some of the strength exercises, like training with jumpsoles, or squats and leg presses, will help build explosive energy for you to be able to jump high enough to dunk.
But I wouldn't train too intensely at your age. If you train too hard now, you'll wear out your joints and ligaments, and you may risk injury or not be able to play so much when you get older.
Good luck!

I am 14 as well. I am 5"9 and i can almost dunk. My coach told me to NOT LIFT WEIGHTS YET. We are still in the middle of our growth spurts, so lifting will slow down our growth, or permanantly damage it. Do stuff without weights, like jump squatsand calf raises. Don't forget your arms 10% of your verical jump is from your arm swing.

Get strength shoes. Start walking or running with them. In 3-4 months you should be dunking with both hands.

hit the weight room harder. Do squats, lunges, leg press, and get sore. Soreness builds muscle in your legs.
