okay, i lost my software installation for my hp laserjet 1012 printer, and i need 2 reinstall it. does anybody happen to have a spare or knows where to get one for free or cheap?!?!?!?!

You can download the drivers and software from HP at the below link, or you can contaqct the HP customer support and order it on a CD from them.

Dude its easy you only need to go to the hp website and download the software. Or the other is that you ask for an other CD to the printer company.

All you need is going to www.hp.com and in the search box write : Laserjet 1012
then, in the search answers it will apeear the image of the printer, below that you will find "Download Drivers and Software", just click it and then choose you OS version and download the instalation drivers :-)

What you are really asking for here is the printer Drivers...so here ya go! Ya know, you could have just done this yourself...HP support, drivers/firmware downloads...

Why don't you just go to the HP website and download the files.
They are all there under Support for free.

go there and pick your operating system and download that.... its the drivers for your printer so you dont have to go find the cd.... Almost all the hardware u buy u can find the drivers on thier websites so incase u dont have the drivers you can get it again without loosing your hardware

If you hook up the printer to a computer that is hooked to the internet it should be able to find the installation software through the internet.

downloading your driver off the net would be much less of a hassle compared to me delivering you the CD :)
