Jim Steele is one of the best motivators I have seen - he works with top athletes. It is not enough for them to have physically fit bodies, they also have to have determination and a real desire to win. If you had to get up in the middle of the night to train in all weathers, you would need motivating too. I could do with him just to get out of bed in the morning.

Motivation is the name of the game.

It pumps you up and makes you try harder. Just having someone say "i know you can do it" or something like that can motivate a person to do anything. Its all about having confidence in yourself, and a strong will to do whatever it is your doing/want to do.
