First, don't freak by some of these other answers. When you first get cancer, there is no pain associated with the symptoms. That comes later after other symptoms. But, in order to find out what it is, you need to consult a doctor. It could be a cyst, gallstones, pulled muscle, bruised rib, or any number of things.

Problems associated with your gall bladder will manifest themselves as pain under the right breast. Of course you need to discuss this with your doctor.

First, don't panic. It is probably a non-cancerous cyst which are known for being painful. Go see your Family Dr. right away, though!

yes, maybe its from stress, it can be costochondritis.
but id recomend for u to go 2c ur doc..we never know.
