yes there are
there are a couple isntances where provocative words are used like one lady whos likes to sleep with 5 different men at night. theres also a quest where 2 women want to sleep with you but then try to steal all ur items and kill you
also after you kill people and mosters you can take off all their clothes and they appear naked and that is what is considered sexual themes cause u can drag them to any position u want.

I haven't seem anything overtly sexual; however some of the quests involve plot lines about people having affairs, which may be what they're referring to.

There is a lot of violence in the game but never heard or seen anything sexual.
