You need to get to know him better see what he likes and stuff become his friend. Then maybe he will take a liking to you and just maybe he will ask you out!

If you feel as though there may be a mutual admiration, I would definitely say how you feel. This may be difficult and you might find it easier to ask this boy someplace with you as opposed to actually flat out saying that you like him, but in the end you'll love yourself for it. There are so many times when I wish I had had the courage to say how I felt!

I would recommend you get to know him a lot better before you go into the feelings bit. If you do not know him all that well you can not be sure if your feelings are true or wishful thinking. So find out what he is like he may not be the dream you think he is,
